Our hybrid physical curriculum combines the most practical elements of Krav Maga and Kickboxing for defensive striking, anchored by high-yield Calisthenics and Kettlebell training for tactical strength and durability.

We do not run overcrowded, chaotic group classes where you get lost in the numbers. All training is delivered via hyper-focused, 25-minute private sessions designed for maximum skill acquisition and dense, high-intensity work capacity.
